At Allfix, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our comprehensive returns and credits policy below to understand the terms and conditions for returning products:

Inspection of Goods

  •  Upon receiving your order, it is the recipient’s responsibility to inspect all goods immediately.
  • If items are damaged, short-supplied, or incorrectly supplied, Allfix must be notified within 3 days of delivery.

Returns for Faulty Products

  • Products deemed faulty must be returned to Allfix within 6 weeks of the purchase date.
  • Refunds or credits will not be issued for returns beyond this period unless prior arrangements have been made with Allfix.
  • Failure to notify Allfix within 6 weeks will result in the product being considered suitable for its intended application.

Returns for Incorrect Purchases

  • Items purchased in error can be returned; however, they will incur a 10% restocking fee.
  • The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • All returned goods must be complete, unused, and in a saleable condition.

Documentation for Returns

  • All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original Allfix tax invoice.
  • To facilitate a return, a credit request form can be downloaded from the Allfix website.
