Shipment Processing Time
- Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed before 2:00 pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
- While we strive to process all orders promptly, unforeseen delays may occur. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
- Estimated Delivery Times:
- Metro Areas: 1–3 business days
- Regional Areas: 3–5 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–7 business days
- Delivery estimates may vary depending on courier availability and external factors such as weather or holidays.
Shipping to PO Boxes
- We deliver to PO boxes in Australia for eligible orders. Some items, due to size or weight restrictions, may not be eligible for delivery to PO boxes. If this applies to your order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative address.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
- You can use the tracking number to monitor your delivery status via the courier’s website.
Delivery Issues and Delays
- If your order is delayed, please contact us on 1300 255 349 and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
- Allfix is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as courier disruptions or extreme weather conditions.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the order, including photos of the damage.
- In case of lost packages, contact us, and we will liaise with the courier to locate or replace the shipment.
International Shipping
- At this time, Allfix ships only within Australia.
