Allfix Returns Policy

ALLFIX RETURNS AND CREDITS POLICY – 2017

  1. All goods received from ALLFIX must be inspected upon arrival. This is the receiver’s responsibility.
  2. If goods are damaged, short supplied or supplied incorrectly ALLFIX must be notified within 3 days.
  3. Any goods returned must be accompanied by a copy of the ALLFIX tax invoice.
  4. If any product is found to be faulty it must be returned within 6 weeks of purchase. NO refunds will be granted after 6 weeks unless by special arrangement with ALLFIX.
  5. If the buyer fails to notify ALLFIX within 6 weeks any tools will be deemed to be suitable for the application.
  6. Any goods that are purchased incorrectly will attract a 10% restocking fee and return freight is to be paid by the purchaser.
  7. All returned stock must be complete and in a saleable condition.
  8. Credit request forms can be downloaded from the ALLFIX website.
