ALLFIX RETURNS AND CREDITS POLICY – 2017
- All goods received from ALLFIX must be inspected upon arrival. This is the receiver’s responsibility.
- If goods are damaged, short supplied or supplied incorrectly ALLFIX must be notified within 3 days.
- Any goods returned must be accompanied by a copy of the ALLFIX tax invoice.
- If any product is found to be faulty it must be returned within 6 weeks of purchase. NO refunds will be granted after 6 weeks unless by special arrangement with ALLFIX.
- If the buyer fails to notify ALLFIX within 6 weeks any tools will be deemed to be suitable for the application.
- Any goods that are purchased incorrectly will attract a 10% restocking fee and return freight is to be paid by the purchaser.
- All returned stock must be complete and in a saleable condition.
